Introduction:
An exciting opportunity is available at Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) for the position of Cash Controller, based at O.R. Tambo International Airport. The successful applicant will report to the Supervisor: Car Park and will be responsible for managing cash-related activities within the Operations division, ensuring effective financial and operational control of cash-handling procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Issue and monitor consumables and relevant keys.

Ensure tools and materials are available for daily operations.

Safely lock away money bags and secure all cash handling processes.

Respond to issues and malfunctions at pay stations timeously.

Conduct manual banking and prepare funds from replenished change and Cash in Transit (CIT).

Reconcile funds from pay stations and Car Park Attendants.

Count and cash up money with designated personnel.
-
Reconcile and bank pay station funds, including overs.
-
Maintain accurate records of transactions and escalate discrepancies.

Record and track all cash-related activity daily.

Perform sign-offs on remaining money bags.

Ensure compliance with organisational policies and statutory regulations.

Report non-compliance and contribute to corrective action.

Build strong interpersonal and team relationships to support operational goals.
Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (compulsory)

At least 1 year of financial administrative or operations experience

Basic computer literacy, especially in MS Office

Valid Code B Driver’s Licence

Additional Information:
