Job Overview

Fidelity Services Group is seeking a Branch Administrator to join its Edenvale branch. This role supports the Cash-In-Transit (CIT) department by handling a variety of administrative functions and assisting the Branch Manager with daily operations.


Minimum Requirements

  • Matric certificate or equivalent

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration

  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Clear criminal record

  • Must be able to work overtime when required

  • Own transport is an advantage

  • Background in office management or administration is an added advantage


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain an efficient filing and document management system, including archiving

  • Answer telephone calls and take messages

  • Assist the recruitment team with onboarding new hires, including document prep and orientation coordination

  • Handle internal and external enquiries

  • Take and distribute minutes from meetings

  • Provide admin support to the Branch Manager as needed

  • Process daily hours/posting sheets for payroll

  • Submit pay queries on behalf of staff

  • Ensure completion of all email, worksheet, and template tasks to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines

  • Process daily data on dedicated vehicles, including hours and kilometers for billing

  • Print and manage monthly code lists and client details

  • Manage Fidelity Access Control System tasks (requests, authorization, enrollment, and scanning)

  • Order uniforms, cleaning materials, stationery, beverages, and ID cards

  • Perform general clerical duties as needed
