Job Description:
Waste Control is seeking a motivated, professional, and organized Administrator to join their team. The role involves administrative support within a transport and service-oriented environment, with a focus on accurate data management and deadline adherence.
Key Responsibilities:

Complete weekly, fortnightly, and monthly timesheets accurately and on time.

Capture staff overtime and allowances for payroll processing.
-
Submit leave requests on the Road Freight Bargaining Council portal.
-
Compile and distribute absenteeism and late coming reports.
-
Escalate payroll-related queries to management and HR.
-
Perform administrative tasks and assist with ad-hoc projects as required by the Transport Manager and other managers.
Minimum Requirements:
-
Grade 12 or equivalent.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office.

Experience in a service-oriented division is essential.

Previous experience in a transport environment is advantageous.

Practical experience using a Time and Attendance System is required.
-
Familiarity with NBCRFLI requirements is an added advantage.
