Role Summary

The Switchboard Operator/Receptionist will manage the main switchboard, provide front-line customer service, and handle administrative tasks at PathCare's Reference Lab. The role is ideal for a calm, client-focused individual with prior experience in reception or call centre environments.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)
Proficient in English (reading, writing, numeracy); Afrikaans understanding beneficial
Computer literate – MS Word & Excel
Minimum of 6 months’ experience in one of the following:
- Call centre or customer service
- Switchboard or reception
Medical call handling experience is advantageous
