Purpose of the Role:
To achieve monthly new vehicle sales targets by delivering outstanding customer service, building lasting relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Develop and grow the customer base

Manage customer expectations and follow up on escalations

Prospect for new clients and revenue streams (cold calling)

Accurately evaluate trade-in vehicles

Negotiate terms and close sales

Maintain deep product and market knowledge
Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)
-
3 years+ of sales experience (preferably in vehicles)

Code 8 Driver’s Licence (essential)

Computer literacy

Proven sales track record (meeting monthly targets)

Strong customer service and sales abilities

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
