Role Purpose:

To represent the hi brand by providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and creating an outstanding shopping experience in mobile tech and lifestyle products.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a brand ambassador delivering excellent customer experience
Exceed customer expectations by identifying needs and offering solutions
Track sales performance against targets
Sell a variety of tech products and stay updated on décor and fashion trends
Identify new sales opportunities
Assist with stock replenishment to keep the store customer-ready

Qualifications & Experience:

Grade 12 (Matric)
