Purpose of the Role
To manage front office operations efficiently and provide essential administrative support across logistics and admin departments. This includes document control, visitor handling, SYSPRO data capturing, and standing in for the Admin Manager when required.
Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12

Fluent in English and Afrikaans

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Excellent telephone and communication skills

Previous administrative experience (advantageous)

Highly organized, reliable, and capable of multitasking

Strong attention to detail

Able to work well under pressure
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Front Desk and Reception
-
Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
-
Welcome and register visitors
-
Schedule appointments and manage courier collections
Diesel and Vehicle Register Management
-
Balance kilometres and litres after each refuelling
-
Upload daily usage data to the shared folder
Invoice and Documentation Management
-
Match invoices to trip sheets
-
Follow up on outstanding invoices
-
Verify and capture GRNs and PODs in SYSPRO
-
Maintain an accurate POD register
Administrative Support
-
Provide backup for the Admin Manager during leave
-
Process GRV documents and liaise with drivers
