About the Role

Moladira Skills is looking for 4 experienced Quality Assurance Agents to join its Customer Care QA team in Randburg for a short-term, high-impact 3-month project. If you're detail-oriented, confident in compliance monitoring, and passionate about maintaining high service standards, this could be your next move.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and assess agent calls for compliance with scripts, regulations, and company policies

  • Identify performance and compliance gaps and provide actionable feedback

  • Review and resolve customer complaints in line with quality standards

  • Work closely with Operations and Training to support agent development

  • Accurately document findings, reports, and improvement suggestions

  • Spot trends and help drive continuous improvement in QA processes


Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) – Essential

  • Tertiary qualification – Preferred

  • 2+ years QA experience in a call centre environment (100+ agents required)

  • Prior exposure to Debt Collections is a major advantage

  • Solid understanding of DCA, NCA, and POPIA

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
