About the Role
Moladira Skills is looking for 4 experienced Quality Assurance Agents to join its Customer Care QA team in Randburg for a short-term, high-impact 3-month project. If you're detail-oriented, confident in compliance monitoring, and passionate about maintaining high service standards, this could be your next move.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and assess agent calls for compliance with scripts, regulations, and company policies

Identify performance and compliance gaps and provide actionable feedback

Review and resolve customer complaints in line with quality standards

Work closely with Operations and Training to support agent development

Accurately document findings, reports, and improvement suggestions

Spot trends and help drive continuous improvement in QA processes
Minimum Requirements
-
Matric (Grade 12) – Essential

Tertiary qualification – Preferred
-
2+ years QA experience in a call centre environment (100+ agents required)

Prior exposure to Debt Collections is a major advantage

Solid understanding of DCA, NCA, and POPIA
-
Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
