Purpose of the Role

The Divisional Recruitment Consultant will deliver full-cycle recruitment services within a specific business or divisional portfolio. This includes managing talent acquisition processes aligned with Group Talent Solutions, engaging stakeholders, supporting hiring needs, and ensuring high-quality candidate experiences for permanent and non-permanent roles.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Service Delivery

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, selection, onboarding.

  • Develop and manage candidate pipelines.

  • Manage job advertising, CV sifting, shortlisting, and candidate selection.

  • Maintain candidate databases for future recruitment.

  • Ensure standardisation and consistency of recruitment practices.

  • Collaborate with external recruitment partners and institutions as needed.

People Engagement

  • Participate in People team initiatives that promote innovation, wellness, and empowerment.

  • Foster open, transparent communication across teams.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Ensure accuracy in recruitment data and administrative reporting.

  • Comply with HR policies, Health & Safety regulations, POPIA, and labour law.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and implement improvements in recruitment processes.

  • Suggest technology enhancements for better recruitment delivery.


Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (essential)

  • Diploma in HR, Recruitment, or Administration (beneficial)

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year in a recruitment role, internal or agency (essential)

  • FMCG or retail recruitment experience (preferred)
