Role Purpose
The Data Administrator is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate submission of monthly membership data by clients. This includes verifying data format, completeness, and alignment to policy requirements, as well as maintaining and improving the data collection process.
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Employee Benefits.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Duties and Responsibilities

Assist employers in resolving errors related to monthly reconciliation and data schedules.

Attach received data to the correct monthly contribution workflow once queries are addressed.

Add detailed notes on the contribution workflow when data is in query.

Ensure accurate data is received monthly for the Risk book of business.

Educate and guide clients on data requirements and submission processes.

Collect and manage mandatory PPR data (e.g. email addresses, cellphone numbers).

Verify that data aligns with policy administration requirements.

Assist the pricing team by supplying accurate data for review.

Attend client meetings to provide support and clarification on data issues.

Ensure administrators can complete monthly reconciliations using accurate data.

Confirm data corresponds to the correct effective date.

Support strategic data migration projects, including Employer Portal conversions.
