Position Purpose
To support the branch in achieving its performance targets by delivering professional, efficient, and friendly customer service, primarily through handling check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and general customer support functions.
Key Responsibilities

Handle all rental transactions (check-in/out) according to company policies.

Make, amend, or cancel reservations and follow up as needed.

Address customer queries and issues both in-person and telephonically.

Perform administrative tasks such as billing, fleet control, claims reporting, overdue rental follow-up, and scanning documents.

Conduct quality checks on vehicles and report any discrepancies (e.g., expired licenses or upcoming service needs).

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and order in the branch.

Ensure lost property is recorded and handled appropriately.

Support general branch functions and step in during crises or unexpected high demand.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
-
NQF Level 4 (Matric or equivalent)
Experience:
-
At least 2 years of front office or customer service experience
Other Requirements:

Code 8 driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience

Computer literacy
-
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as required
