Overview:
TWK Agri is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Clerk to join the Financial Services Division in Mbombela. This role focuses on administrative support for insurance and medical schemes and requires strong communication skills and a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform administrative duties related to insurance and medical schemes (claims, queries, hospital authorisations)

Provide comprehensive administrative support including document preparation and correspondence processing

Deliver excellent client service and handle data capturing

Liaise consistently with clients and brokers, ensuring accurate communication logs

Maintain and update the CRM database
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
-
Matric / Grade 12
-
3+ years experience in an administrative role (essential)

5+ years experience in the insurance industry (advantageous)

Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems
