Overview:

TWK Agri is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Clerk to join the Financial Services Division in Mbombela. This role focuses on administrative support for insurance and medical schemes and requires strong communication skills and a high level of accuracy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative duties related to insurance and medical schemes (claims, queries, hospital authorisations)

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including document preparation and correspondence processing

  • Deliver excellent client service and handle data capturing

  • Liaise consistently with clients and brokers, ensuring accurate communication logs

  • Maintain and update the CRM database


Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

  • Matric / Grade 12

  • 3+ years experience in an administrative role (essential)

  • 5+ years experience in the insurance industry (advantageous)

  • Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems
