Job Purpose
To provide comprehensive administrative support for cabin crew operations, ensuring efficient onboarding, record management, compliance with aviation standards, and coordination across relevant departments.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain cabin crew personnel records
-
Assist with grooming standards (dress code, hygiene)
-
Update manuals and documentation
-
Capture flight reports and attendance registers
-
Coordinate new employee onboarding and integration (uniforms, iPads, parking, training materials, etc.)
-
Prepare and file documentation (licenses, certificates, medicals)
-
Organize events (e.g., Wings Parade)
-
Manage disciplinary records and leave applications
-
Liaise with cabin crew for required information (e.g., sick notes, feedback)
-
Compile meeting minutes
-
Assist in flight delay and NPS feedback collection
-
Support recruitment: schedule interviews, reserve venues
-
Track cabin crew headcount, late arrivals, and customer complaints
-
Ensure compliance with Flight Operations standards and assist in implementing procedures
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
-
Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential)
-
Relevant tertiary education (Advantageous)
Experience
-
1–3 years of administrative experience (Essential)
-
Previous operations experience (Beneficial)
Skills and Knowledge

Strong administrative and organizational skills
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Knowledge of aviation industry operations and standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and time management

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Experience in document management and customer service within an aviation context
