Job Purpose

To provide comprehensive administrative support for cabin crew operations, ensuring efficient onboarding, record management, compliance with aviation standards, and coordination across relevant departments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cabin crew personnel records

  • Assist with grooming standards (dress code, hygiene)

  • Update manuals and documentation

  • Capture flight reports and attendance registers

  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and integration (uniforms, iPads, parking, training materials, etc.)

  • Prepare and file documentation (licenses, certificates, medicals)

  • Organize events (e.g., Wings Parade)

  • Manage disciplinary records and leave applications

  • Liaise with cabin crew for required information (e.g., sick notes, feedback)

  • Compile meeting minutes

  • Assist in flight delay and NPS feedback collection

  • Support recruitment: schedule interviews, reserve venues

  • Track cabin crew headcount, late arrivals, and customer complaints

  • Ensure compliance with Flight Operations standards and assist in implementing procedures


Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential)

  • Relevant tertiary education (Advantageous)

Experience

  • 1–3 years of administrative experience (Essential)

  • Previous operations experience (Beneficial)

Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Knowledge of aviation industry operations and standards

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail and time management

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in document management and customer service within an aviation context

  • Familiarity with digital tools for scheduling and communication
