Overview:
Sportscene, a leading streetwear and fashion brand under TFG, is seeking a driven and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager. This role supports the Store Manager in driving sales, managing operations, developing staff, and delivering exceptional customer service, all while contributing to South Africa's youth and streetwear culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales performance to meet and exceed turnover targets

Control operating expenses and minimize stock loss (shrinkage)

Assist in recruiting, training, and managing store staff

Implement in-store visual merchandising and brand standards

Ensure excellent execution of the customer service strategy

Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications & Experience:

Grade 12 (Matric)
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail or administration
-
Prior retail management experience is essential
