Job Summary
Clover is hiring two Administrative Officers to provide critical support to the Distribution Admin and Recon Department at the Atlas branch. The successful candidates will report directly to the Administrative Manager and will be key to ensuring smooth daily operations in route settlements, driver reconciliations, EFT payments, and administrative coordination.
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / National Certificate (NQF Level 4)

Fluent in Business English

Intermediate computer literacy (Excel, email, recon tools)

Duties & Responsibilities
Driver Recon Administration
-
Administer and support daily route settlements
-
Oversee and assist recon clerks
-
Fix recap errors in the same month
-
Handle RMA route checks and corrections
-
Manage outstanding recons and referrals
-
Update GRVs, assign Re-Supply invoices, and respond to system queries
Driver Ledger Administration
-
Oversee EFT allocations and daily reconciliations

Ensure timely allocation of bank statement items
-
Maintain accurate debtors reporting and balance COOs
-
Generate and send customer statements, follow up on payments
-
Place overdue accounts on HOLD and update HOLD reports
-
Escalate unresolved accounts to supervisors
-
Monitor and report outstanding EFTs and discrepancies
Cash Office Administration

Receive and verify daily cash-up documentation
-
Resolve processing queries from Head Office or Admin Controller
Support Functions

Provide support to recon, ledger, and admin staff

Assist Admin Manager and Delivery Managers with ad hoc queries
