Purpose of the Role
To provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to the Region/District Office at Elsenburg within the Department of Agriculture.
Minimum Requirements

Senior Certificate (Grade 12 or equivalent)

A valid Code B driving licence
Recommendation

Relevant administrative work experience will be advantageous
Key Responsibilities
-
Manage front-desk/reception functions
-
Perform accurate and efficient typing and clerical tasks

Provide general office administration support
-
Handle logistical arrangements for meetings and events

Assist with filing, record-keeping, and other administrative functions
Required Competencies and Skills

Understanding of relevant legislation and administrative systems (e.g. EPS)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Good interpersonal and listening skills

Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy

Typing accuracy and speed

Remuneration Details

Basic salary between R228,321 and R268,950 per annum
