Job Purpose
To manage and oversee all store administration functions according to company policies and procedures, ensuring smooth operations and high store performance.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily store admin processes: banking, staff scheduling, price changes, and general office functions

Handle cash-ups, balancing, and preparing deposits

Ensure accurate and timely banking and reconciliations

Report discrepancies and irregularities to the Store Manager

Manage the receipt and dispatch of goods and stock documentation

Organize weekly and ad-hoc stock counts and full stock takes

Maintain timeous updates on price changes and stock reports

Order and control store stationery

Minimize expenses and safeguard company assets
