Job Description:

Motus Technical Academy (Hyundai Strijdom Park) is seeking a qualified Accountant with solid financial, administrative, and people management skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in dealership accounting, particularly with Parts and Workshop exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enforce financial controls to safeguard company assets

• Manage risk and ensure adherence to policies and procedures

• Oversee expense management and dealership administration

• Handle weekly timesheets and calendar coordination

• Prepare month-end audit files

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Accounting Degree or Diploma

• License: Valid driver’s license

• Experience: At least 3 years as an Accountant or Financial Manager at a large dealership (including Parts and Workshop exposure)

Skills and Attributes:

• Proficiency with Automate Character and/or DRIVE systems (preferred)

• Advanced Excel skills

• Strong people management and client relationship abilities
