Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to procure and secure stock levels of wholegoods for agricultural equipment and ensure smooth documentation and reporting processes.


Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)

  • Office Management Diploma or Certificate

  • Minimum 3 years goods administration experience in agricultural equipment


Key Responsibilities

  • Circulate stock documentation to sales personnel

  • Place and track stock orders

  • Ensure documentation accuracy

  • Maintain stock levels and follow up with suppliers

  • Handle price and query resolution over the phone

  • Identify and manage old stock/inter-branch transfers

  • Compile and forward commission and sales reports

  • Order equipment as per specifications

  • Process and follow up on invoices and payments

  • Report stock availability concerns to management


Technical Competencies

  • MS Office proficiency

  • Strong knowledge of agricultural, forestry, or construction products

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
