Job Purpose
To provide front desk reception and general administrative support by receiving visitors, answering phone calls, and handling office duties in a professional and organised manner.
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in administrative support services

Computer literacy
-
Code B driving licence (advantageous)

Willingness to undergo vetting and fingerprinting (at own cost)
Key Duties and Responsibilities
-
Ensure smooth daily functioning of administrative tasks
-
Perform typing and general clerical duties
-
Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence
-
Organise parking and receive visitors professionally

Book meeting rooms when required

Photocopy documents as needed

Retrieve files and departmental information
-
Perform data entry and daily computer work

Answer phone calls, including for senior staff if necessary

Take minutes during meetings upon request
