Job Purpose

To provide front desk reception and general administrative support by receiving visitors, answering phone calls, and handling office duties in a professional and organised manner.


Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in administrative support services

  • Computer literacy

  • Code B driving licence (advantageous)

  • Willingness to undergo vetting and fingerprinting (at own cost)


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth daily functioning of administrative tasks

  • Perform typing and general clerical duties

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence

  • Organise parking and receive visitors professionally

  • Book meeting rooms when required

  • Photocopy documents as needed

  • Retrieve files and departmental information

  • Perform data entry and daily computer work

  • Answer phone calls, including for senior staff if necessary

  • Take minutes during meetings upon request
