Purpose of the Role

To manage the completion, compilation, and filing of all tender documents and ensure all bid-related tasks are delivered accurately and on time.


Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification (preferred)

  • Proven experience in tender or bid administration

  • Excellent typing skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to plan and meet deadlines under pressure


Key Responsibilities

  • Complete tender documents in line with deadlines and client requirements

  • Ensure compliance with client contract obligations

  • Maintain communication with Sales and Operations teams

  • Provide marketing materials (e.g. company profiles) to branches

  • Assist with customer visits if required

  • Manage prequalification documents and liaise with internal departments

  • Compile and consolidate tenders and quotations

  • Maintain and update weekly tender reports

  • Keep an organized filing system for all bid documentation

  • Oversee handover process for awarded tenders/contracts

  • Use and maintain the ICBM system for bid tracking
