Purpose of the Role
To manage the completion, compilation, and filing of all tender documents and ensure all bid-related tasks are delivered accurately and on time.
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12
-
Diploma or equivalent qualification (preferred)

Proven experience in tender or bid administration

Excellent typing skills
-
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to plan and meet deadlines under pressure
Key Responsibilities
-
Complete tender documents in line with deadlines and client requirements
-
Ensure compliance with client contract obligations
-
Maintain communication with Sales and Operations teams
-
Provide marketing materials (e.g. company profiles) to branches
-
Assist with customer visits if required
-
Manage prequalification documents and liaise with internal departments
-
Compile and consolidate tenders and quotations
-
Maintain and update weekly tender reports
-
Keep an organized filing system for all bid documentation

Oversee handover process for awarded tenders/contracts

Use and maintain the ICBM system for bid tracking
