About the Role
Motus Toyota Bryanston has two permanent vacancies for Specialist Technicians. Reporting to the Service Manager, this position is responsible for servicing and repairing motor vehicles to manufacturer standards with a focus on customer satisfaction and safety.
Key Responsibilities

Repair and service vehicles according to job cards and manufacturer specifications

Dismantle, fit, install, inspect, and repair mechanical systems and components

Top-up or replace vehicle fluids
-
Report additional required work and delays to the Control team

Obtain part authorisations before ordering
-
Document all work in the job card
-
Delegate and inspect tasks assigned to helpers or RSAs
-
Follow all safety procedures and technical instructions
-
Train apprentices on the job
-
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean condition
-
Use protective covers for vehicles
-
Attend relevant training and manufacturer courses
-
Perform any additional duties as required
Minimum Requirements
-
Education: Grade 12
-
Qualification: Relevant Trade Certificate

Licence: Valid Driver’s Licence

Must own hand tools (as per Toyota requirements)

Clear criminal record
