Job Purpose

To ensure the safety and security of all staff, customers, and company assets by enforcing security procedures, being alert to potential risks, and delivering professional security services.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric

• Security Qualification

• SIRA/SOB Registration – Grade C

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all security duties as per company policy

• Interact professionally with staff and customers while enforcing procedures

• Identify security risks and take appropriate action

• Follow emergency procedures

• Evaluate and improve security systems and report suggestions

• Liaise with senior management, external security agencies, and SAPS

• Handle alarm call-outs when required

• Safeguard company assets

• Remain consistently alert and take corrective actions when needed

• Maintain order and respond effectively in stressful situations
