Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with account-related and betting queries.

• Open new Hollywood accounts (mobile, website, Phone-A-Bet).

• Drive mobile sales and increase new account base.

• Train customers on how to use the mobile app/platform.

• Execute mobile marketing campaigns in-branch or across branches.

• Promote mobile betting products and services.

• Ensure FICA compliance: scan and submit valid ID and proof of address.

• Help customers use sign-up bonuses and demonstrate mobile betting process.

• Keep workspace neat; perform accurate daily cash-ups and report shortages.

• Engage proactively with punters and market services on the floor.

• Use Helpdesk terminals to drive engagement.

• May be required to move between branches/stores.

• Perform additional duties as needed.
