Overview
Rand Water is offering a 24-month Graduate Development Programme to support capacity building in the water sector. The programme is designed to develop young professionals through technical training, mentorship, and hands-on experience. It is aligned with Occupationally Directed Education, Training, and Development Practices (ODETDP) and includes fieldwork, laboratory work, and applied research.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have a Master’s degree (NQF Level 9) in one of the following fields:

Geography (Physical/Environmental)

Hydrogeology

Hydrology

Limnology

Microbiology

Other eligibility criteria:

South African citizen with a valid SA ID

Under the age of 35

Unemployed with no prior relevant work experience

Code 08 driver’s license is advantageous
