Overview
Rand Water is offering a 24-month graduate development programme focused on Digital Technology and Innovation. The programme is part of a broader strategy to build technical leadership in the water sector through applied research, digital tool usage, and innovative practices. It is aligned with the Occupationally Directed Education, Training, and Development Practices (ODETDP) framework.
Graduates will gain hands-on experience in areas such as:

Minimum Requirements
-
Master’s degree (NQF Level 9) in Digital Technology and Innovation with specialisation in:

IoT, AI, or Remote Sensing

Data Science and Analytics

Digital Transformation and Strategy

Smart Cities or Sustainable Innovation

Must be a South African citizen with a valid South African ID

Must be unemployed with no prior work experience in the field

Must be under the age of 35

A valid Code 08 driver’s license is advantageous
