Role Overview
The Gardener is responsible for maintaining the hotel's outdoor areas, including gardens, pools, and general grounds. The role may also involve general DIY work and basic decorating. The position ensures that all tasks are carried out efficiently to maintain the hotel's standards.
Responsibilities

Maintain hotel grounds, pools, and outdoor areas

Perform general maintenance and basic DIY tasks

Follow verbal instructions and resolve issues promptly

Ensure gardens are neat, tidy, and well-kept

Assist with decorating and upkeep of outdoor areas
Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12)

1–2 years of experience in gardening or general maintenance

Hands-on problem-solving ability

Strong attention to detail

Honest, trustworthy, and presentable
