Key Responsibilities

Represent the @home brand and provide exceptional customer service
Exceed customer expectations by offering the best solutions
Track and meet personal and team sales targets
Sell a variety of products while staying informed on the latest trends
Seek new business opportunities
Assist in stock replenishment and maintain visual merchandising standards

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results
Customer-service focused and target-driven
Experience in managing risk and turnover within a store
Strong leadership and business management skills
Organised, detail-oriented, and figure/admin-minded

Preferred Skills and Attributes

Passionate about people and customer satisfaction
Strong work ethic and initiative
Strategic sales planning and sales process management
Experience in customer value management and stock control
Management experience will be an added advantage
Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in line with the Employment Equity Act
