Job Purpose

AVBOB is looking for an individual with strong administrative and customer service skills to join their branch administration team in Oudtshoorn. This is a great opportunity to work for a company that has been serving South Africans for over 100 years and is known for its customer-first values.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reception and front desk duties

  • Typing and record keeping

  • Operating the switchboard

  • Providing client services

  • Data input and document scanning

  • Handling petty cash

  • General office administration


Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)

  • At least 2 years’ relevant office administration experience (advantageous)

  • Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
