Job Purpose
To provide world-class service to clients by handling inbound and outbound calls and meeting service delivery standards in a call centre environment.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately capture client information on systems

Handle broker requests within set deadlines and standards

Perform administrative tasks efficiently

Maintain a client-focused attitude in all interactions

Follow up on broker requests and resolve queries timeously

Ensure service level agreements are met or exceeded

Deliver professional service via phone and written communication

Manage time effectively and meet productivity targets
Minimum Requirements
-
Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
-
FAIS compliant (NQF level 4)

Experience in short-term insurance
-
Clear criminal and credit record
-
Meet FAIS Fit & Proper requirements (may work under supervision)

Computer literacy (MS Office)

Willingness to work shifts
