Position Summary
Nestlé, the world’s leading food and beverage brand, is seeking an Assistant BU Controller for its Dairy Business Unit in Bryanston. The successful candidate will support financial decision-making, optimize shareholder value, and work closely with stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Support strategy development and scenario planning

Provide high-quality data for key KPIs and business decision-making

Highlight and monitor financial risks and opportunities

Assist in monthly performance reviews, including COGS analysis, PFME tracking, and MOGE updates

Facilitate the Monthly Business Planning Process (MSR & CDF)

Prepare Trade Asset CAPEX requests
-
Analyze factory performance (variances, fixed costs, etc.)

Assist in identifying cost optimization opportunities

Provide financial input for NPDI process and pricing strategies

Participate in special projects: M&A, sourcing, restructuring
What Will Make You Successful

CIMA or CA qualification (preferred)
-
At least 3 years’ experience in FMCG Finance roles

Proficient in reporting, financial analysis, and consolidation

Strong SAP knowledge and computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Strong analytical and data synthesis skills

Detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Good understanding of Return on Investment (ROI)
