Core Purpose
To provide administrative support to the Logistics and Warehousing team by managing Goods Receipt (GR) requests and ensuring accurate processing through the central mailbox and ERP system.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with procurement to list and track expected deliveries

Receive shipments and verify paperwork upon delivery
-
Contact buyers to resolve any discrepancies or errors
-
Ensure all invoices and delivery notes meet requirements before processing GRs
-
Capture stocktake data into the ERP system

Perform general warehouse functions (stocktaking, housekeeping, GR processing)
