Job Description

Job Objective
To ensure accurate and timely processing of financial information in the financial system and to manage the collection and verification of proof of deliveries (PODs).


Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily credit notes for returns received from trade.

  • Cross-check paperwork and resolve any discrepancies promptly.

  • Validate and scan all received PODs and update the system accordingly.

  • Respond to queries via written or telephonic communication within 24 hours.

  • Weekly review of the POD report.

  • Prepare documents for filing and send to storage.

  • Provide ad-hoc administrative assistance as requested by management.


Qualification Requirements

  • Matric with Accountancy

  • Diploma in Finance (advantageous)


Experience Requirements

  • 3 years' experience in an FMCG or financial environment
