Job Overview:

Fidelity Services Group is seeking an HR Filing Clerk to handle administrative tasks and support daily HR operations. This role requires strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure efficient file management and data handling.


Key Responsibilities:

  • File Management: Organize, archive, and update physical and digital files.
  • Document Control: Ensure records are accurate, secure, and updated regularly.
  • Data Entry: Input information into digital systems and create new files when needed.
  • Scanning & Transcription: Scan paper documents and transcribe audio/video content.
  • Records Handling: Process file requests, track borrowed documents, and maintain logs.
  • Supplies Monitoring: Track filing materials and office supplies, report shortages, and liaise with vendors.
  • Compliance: Ensure discarded documents follow official procedures.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest ways to enhance filing systems and design data entry templates.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Experience:
    • Office administration and clerical work experience
    • Knowledge of MS Office
    • Experience in file-keeping and data entry
  • Skills:

    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
