Minimum Requirements:

Education:

• Grade 12 | National Certificate

Experience:

• 0-2 years of warehouse experience (role will depend on experience)
• Forklift/Reach Truck license (required for relevant roles)
• Basic Excel knowledge

Availability:

• Day shifts, night shifts, weekends (including Sundays), and public holidays

Skills:

• Attention to detail
• Good communication
• Ability to work under pressure

• Basic math skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

General Worker:

• Return overstocked, damaged, and short-dated stock to the DC.

Picker:

• Pick stock accurately according to picking slips.

Cycle Counter:

• Track and monitor stock quantities.

Forklift Driver:

• Load, offload, move, and stack pallets (Forklift license required).

Reach Truck Driver:

• Operate a reach truck and stack pallets on racks (Reach Truck license required).

Auditor:

• Count stock, check for damages, and verify expiry dates before dispatch.

Combiner:

• Combine stock on pallets and shrink-wrap for delivery.
