Job Purpose
RAS is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to handle both inbound and outbound customer calls, authenticate client banking information, and ensure compliance with the bank’s policies. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service while managing customer queries and verifying documents.
Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- Customer service qualification (Advantageous)
- Experience in customer service (Financial industry)
- Knowledge of CRM Bank, OS Ticket, and Core Banking systems
- International Remittance product knowledge
- Computer/Mobile literate
- Multiple languages (Advantageous)
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Inbound & Outbound Calls
- Handle customer inquiries
- Proactively make calls for source of funds requests
- Ensure compliance with AML and KYC regulations
- Deliver excellent customer service
2. Client Authentication
- Authenticate clients for banking information changes
- Perform 2-part verification through voice and video calls
- Attend to incoming calls
3. Ticket Management
- Manage daily assigned tickets
- Request and verify source of funds documents
- Cross-reference information with bank statements, IDs, POPs, and payment notifications
- Follow up on tickets weekly
- Accurately record information on the bank’s ticketing system
