Job Description

FirstRand Group is looking for a Call Center Agent to handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, electronic communications, and queries while ensuring customer needs and business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve complaints by taking ownership of customer issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service in line with service delivery principles.
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships and contribute to a culture of service excellence.
  • Adhere to schedules and meet performance targets.
  • Identify and escalate risks as necessary.
  • Support customers with eBucks queries and order assistance.
  • Participate in innovation and process improvement.

Requirements

  • Skills: Attention to detail, initiative, and good communication.
  • Ability to work in a structured environment and adapt to change.
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
