Job Description
FirstRand Group is looking for a Call Center Agent to handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, electronic communications, and queries while ensuring customer needs and business objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve complaints by taking ownership of customer issues.
- Provide excellent customer service in line with service delivery principles.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and contribute to a culture of service excellence.
- Adhere to schedules and meet performance targets.
- Identify and escalate risks as necessary.
- Support customers with eBucks queries and order assistance.
- Participate in innovation and process improvement.
