Job Purpose
The Analyst will be responsible for commercial support, strategic implementation, customer application support, process improvements, training, and managing reporting for customer visibility and implementation projects.
Minimum Requirements

Experience: 4 – 7 years in Systems and Process analysis in a Logistics environment

Preferred Background: Senior Systems & Process roles, or operational/supervisory roles with technical acumen

Education: Matric (Essential); Industry-level or tertiary qualification (Advantageous)

Technical Skills:
-
Experience with Cargowise, Microsoft Dynamics/CRM, Purchase Order Management Systems
-
Power BI, EDI, and API technologies
-
Strong analytical and reporting skills

Duties and Responsibilities
-
Support sales with customer applications, visibility tools, and value-added services
-
Lead strategic customer implementation projects and process improvement initiatives

Act as a super user for customer applications, ensuring maintenance and enhancements
-
Provide first-line support for system setup, change management, and error resolution
-
Train internal and external teams on customer applications, reporting, and connectivity

Manage customer EDI/API integrations, including scope, costing, and user acceptance testing

Track and manage major implementation projects, ensuring deadlines and cost tracking
-
Develop and maintain templates, work instructions, and SOPs
-
Support vertical development and innovation initiatives
