Job Purpose
We are looking for a hard-working and energetic Service Centre Administrator to join our fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills, high accuracy, and act with honesty and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in a professional and customer-centric manner
- Process transactions accurately, including cellular, credit, and lay-by offerings
- Achieve individual sales and service targets
- Perform cellular and credit administration tasks
- Handle cash-ups and process payments
- Ensure security, housekeeping, and store standards are maintained
- Operate reception and switchboard functions efficiently
- Work effectively within a team and manage personal tasks
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Matric (Grade 12)
- Experience: Practical experience in financial and administrative roles
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong numeracy skills and ability to work with money
- Computer literacy (MS Office – Word, Excel)
- SAP experience (advantageous)
- Experience in cellular and credit vetting
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and integrity
- Target-driven with fraud detection awareness
