Job Purpose

We are looking for a hard-working and energetic Service Centre Administrator to join our fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills, high accuracy, and act with honesty and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in a professional and customer-centric manner
  • Process transactions accurately, including cellular, credit, and lay-by offerings
  • Achieve individual sales and service targets
  • Perform cellular and credit administration tasks
  • Handle cash-ups and process payments
  • Ensure security, housekeeping, and store standards are maintained
  • Operate reception and switchboard functions efficiently
  • Work effectively within a team and manage personal tasks

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Matric (Grade 12)
  • Experience: Practical experience in financial and administrative roles
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong numeracy skills and ability to work with money
    • Computer literacy (MS Office – Word, Excel)
    • SAP experience (advantageous)
    • Experience in cellular and credit vetting
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Strong attention to detail and integrity
    • Target-driven with fraud detection awareness
