About the Role
This position reports to the Counting House Manager at the Cleveland Branch. The Teller is responsible for counting and verifying clients' money, ensuring accuracy and compliance with cash processing procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Cash Processing: Adhere to procedures for counting and verifying cash.
- Money Handling: Balance and reconcile cash amounts.
- Equipment Operation: Operate money counting machines.
- ATM Packing: Ensure accuracy in packing ATMs.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years of cashier experience or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Computer literacy.
- Numeric proficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure and during night shifts.
- Clear Criminal Record: Mandatory.
