Job Summary
The Store Support role focuses on ensuring that customers experience excellence at every touchpoint in the store. This involves assisting with stocking, merchandising, cleanliness, and customer service to maintain a welcoming retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Stock and Merchandising:
- Ensure products are well-stocked and merchandised to high standards.
- Assist in moving and preparing stock for display on the retail floor.
Store Maintenance:
- Keep the customer area clean, inviting, and fully stocked.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a brilliant store appearance.
Storeroom Management:
- Keep the storeroom neat and organized.
Customer Service:
- Gain a strong understanding of the product range to assist customers effectively.
- Process customer payments at the Point of Sale and manage the cash desk when needed.
Flexibility:
- Be available to work weekends when required.
Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Driver’s license (preferred).
