Qualifications
- Grade 12/Equivalent
Experience & Skills
- Experience: 1-2 years in a retail environment.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in basic computer operations.
- Communication: Fluent in English (proficiency in an additional language is beneficial).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact and connect with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer care, demonstrating a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Till Operation: Operate tills accurately and efficiently, maintaining an excellent record of overs/unders.
- Sales Floor Excellence: Uphold high standards of work on the sales floor, ensuring quality and housekeeping standards are met.
- Attendance & Punctuality: Maintain a strong record of attendance and punctuality.
- Team Values: Consistently apply the values, policies, and procedures of AYANA and Refinery in all tasks.
