Job Summary
Pedros is seeking a Call Centre Agent to manage incoming customer calls, provide information, and take orders accurately. The agent will ensure a smooth customer experience by assisting with inquiries, making menu recommendations, and coordinating orders with stores.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Menu Knowledge:
- Understand the restaurant’s menu offerings thoroughly.
- Provide detailed descriptions and recommend menu items.
Order Management:
- Take delivery and collection orders over the phone.
- Accurately record customer choices and special instructions.
- Coordinate orders with the relevant stores.
Customer Assistance:
- Help modify existing orders and handle special requests.
- Communicate changes to the stores effectively.
Upselling & Cross-Selling:
- Identify opportunities to promote additional menu items, beverages, or services.
- Enhance customer dining experiences and boost sales revenue.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Computer literate with excellent phone etiquette.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in handling inbound calls.
- Prior experience in a call centre or a similar customer service role.
