Job Summary

Pedros is seeking a Call Centre Agent to manage incoming customer calls, provide information, and take orders accurately. The agent will ensure a smooth customer experience by assisting with inquiries, making menu recommendations, and coordinating orders with stores.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Menu Knowledge:

    • Understand the restaurant’s menu offerings thoroughly.
    • Provide detailed descriptions and recommend menu items.
  2. Order Management:

    • Take delivery and collection orders over the phone.
    • Accurately record customer choices and special instructions.
    • Coordinate orders with the relevant stores.
  3. Customer Assistance:

    • Help modify existing orders and handle special requests.
    • Communicate changes to the stores effectively.
  4. Upselling & Cross-Selling:

    • Identify opportunities to promote additional menu items, beverages, or services.
    • Enhance customer dining experiences and boost sales revenue.

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12).
  • Computer literate with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in handling inbound calls.
  • Prior experience in a call centre or a similar customer service role.
