Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers professionally.
2. Sales Assistance: Help customers find products that suit their needs and preferences.
3. Product Knowledge: Provide accurate information and recommendations on products.
4. Transactions: Process sales using the POS system and handle payments.
5. Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean and organized.
6. Stock Management: Monitor stock levels and replenish as needed.
7. Sales Targets: Drive product sales and upsell to meet targets.
8. Stay Updated: Keep up with product knowledge and industry trends.
9. Company Policies: Follow sales and customer interaction policies.
10. Team Collaboration: Work with team members to achieve store goals.

Qualifications

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Experience: Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
3. Skills:
   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
   • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
   • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
   • Knowledge of POS systems and basic math skills.
   • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and products.
4. Availability: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
