Position Summary:
As a Guest Experience Expert, the role focuses on providing a memorable and unique experience for hotel guests. The main responsibilities go beyond basic check-ins and check-outs to include ensuring guests have a seamless stay by addressing their needs, fulfilling requests, and sharing information about the local area.
Key tasks include:
- Handling operational needs and guest requests.
- Completing reports and maintaining guest confidentiality.
- Creating a pleasant experience for guests by offering assistance with their stay.
- Ensuring professionalism in communication, appearance, and uniform.
- Moving about and assisting with various physical tasks (lifting, carrying, etc.) as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: No previous work experience required.
- Supervisory Experience: None.
- License/Certification: Not required.
