Key Responsibilities

1. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
2. Protect all assets, including stock, cash, and physical store assets.
3. Ensure effective implementation of company policies and procedures.
4. Maintain store and department layout standards.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service.
6. Handle administration for the stockroom, markdowns, and lay-bys accurately.
7. Replenish merchandise and maintain high housekeeping standards.
