Job Overview
Servest Security and Technology seeks Junior Managers (NKP) for a fixed-term contract at their Secunda operations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in underground site operations and a passion for the security industry.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Grade 12 (Matric Certificate).
- Valid Grade A PSIRA certificate.
Experience:
- 6 years of management experience.
- At least 4 years of proven underground experience.
- Experience in escorting and armed response operations.
Certifications & Training:
- Firearm competency for business purposes (handgun, shotgun, and self-loading rifle).
- Regulation 21 Annual Practical Shooting certification.
- Formal Management training.
- National Key Point Certification.
- Training in Incident Management and Handling Emergencies.
Skills:
- Knowledge of security operations and fire inspection procedures.
- Defensive driving certification.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage teams effectively.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce operational policies.
- Financial Analysis: Analyse financial statements for informed decision-making.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and ensure proper control.
- Reporting: Compile and submit detailed operational reports.
- Client Relations: Resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
