Position Purpose
This 18-month program provides TVET College students with practical workplace experience, helping them prepare for future employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver specific tasks within assigned work-stream or department.
- Shadow various staff members and participate in learning experiences, including meetings and workshops.
- Gain hands-on experience in procurement and other functions by:
- Communicating with customers to understand their needs.
- Acting as the central contact for supplier and end-user queries, ensuring timely responses.
- Assist with general administrative and research tasks.
- Follow instructions from a mentor or specialist to complete specific projects.
- Prepare reports in MS Word or PowerPoint format, ensuring clarity and structure.
Qualifications and Experience
- Completed theoretical subjects for N6 in one of the following fields: Financial Management, Business/Office Management, Human Resources, Marketing Management, or Logistics.
- Must be a South African citizen with no bursary obligations.
- Provide proof of qualification and a letter from the educational institution.
