Job Overview
The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service through various channels, including in-person, phone, and digital communications. This role focuses on efficient query resolution, effective handling of customer requests, and proactive engagement to meet and exceed customer expectations. Additionally, the role supports the business by promoting growth, managing costs, and maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) with both internal and external service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence: Engage professionally with customers to address their needs across multiple channels. Ensure customer expectations are understood and met efficiently.
- Query Resolution: Resolve customer queries promptly and within agreed timelines.

- Administrative Support: Provide administrative services by accurately updating relevant systems, planning, and reporting related to customer requests.

- Sales and Efficiency: Track, influence, and improve business activities to drive sales growth and service efficiency.
- Self-Development: Actively participate in professional development to enhance competencies and performance.
