Job Purpose
To support the business by effectively handling sales of aftermarket stock, ensuring excellent customer service and achieving set sales targets to expand market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Ensure all orders are accurately and promptly processed, contributing to high customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Support: Complete invoicing, report generation, and other administrative tasks within agreed timeframes.
- Logistics Coordination: Organize courier services to meet delivery schedules, ensuring orders reach customers on time.
- Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer queries promptly to maintain positive customer experiences.
- Relationship Building: Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to optimize customer service.
- Sales Promotion: Engage with customers to promote and up-sell products and services, supporting sales targets.
- Staff Management: Oversee staff performance, manage disciplinary processes, and promote staff development through talent management.
Job Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 certificate
- Experience: At least 1 year in customer service or sales
Skills and Competencies
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in SAP and computer skills
- Customer Handling: Ability to manage irate customers tactfully; strong listening and customer-oriented approach
- Communication: Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Problem-Solving: Effective at resolving customer issues, resilient, and capable of negotiating
- Organizational Skills: Structured and planned approach to work
